Working on 1959 Ford Retractable Top

A listener called in about a 1959 Ford Retractable with a malfunctioning top. Jay was excited for the opportunity to get it working, since he’s worked on several retractable tops in the past. Jay learned how these unique systems operate and how to fix them when he was just a kid. Growing up, he was the one to crawl into the back seat to make the repairs because he was the smallest!  Jay and Jay Nisley, a mechanic at Cassill Motors, got the retractable working like new again! In this video, Jay demonstrates how a retractable top should operate!
